  • ADORA1-mediated inhibition of intracellular cAMP accumulation. Cells stably expressing the ADORA1 receptor (Green) or untransfected CHO-K1 cells (black) were exposed to the indicated concentrations of CPA for 30 min at 37oC with 10 µM forskolin and 1 mM IBMX. Intracellular cAMP was assayed using the HitHunter kit (DiscoveRx).

Background
