  • Intracellular calcium response from CHO-K1 cells stably expressing human Gα16 protein. Cells were transiently transfected with FPRL1 receptor, loaded with Fluo-4NW then stimulated with the indicated concentrations of peptide W. Control cells (black symbols) that do not stably express Gα16 were also transiently transfected with FPRL1 and show no response. Calcium responses were recorded on a FlexStation plate reader. Data represent the average +/- standard deviation of triplicate determinations.
